Production Manager

Location: Folsom, California, United States

Salary: $114,961–$179,626 per year, plus bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead first-shift manufacturing operations, methods, processes, and production activities.
• Develop and implement business plans and technical objectives for short- and long-term production goals.
• Manage and develop employees across manufacturing and product assembly support departments.
• Partner with quality teams to maintain compliance with good manufacturing practices.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.
• Support new product introduction, including prototype builds and ramp-up to volume production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, processes, and best practices.
• Ability to balance resources, priorities, and workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing management experience.
• Production planning experience.
