MPS Alta Operation Manager

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States. Relocation is not eligible; travel is required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $133,200–$183,000 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for mask equipment platforms and ensure on-time, on-budget production.
• Manage supply chain coordination, supplier performance, inventory, safety stock, and material shortages.
• Coordinate factory acceptance testing, shipment, installation, and customer acceptance activities.
• Drive ISO 9001 compliance, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, reliability improvements, and nonconforming material processes.
• Deploy Lean and operational excellence initiatives, improve cycle times and labor productivity, and develop KPI dashboards.
• Manage operational budgets, facilities infrastructure, workforce planning, and cross-functional manufacturing, planning, and logistics teams.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment; mask print systems experience is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing daily operations, production planning, supply chain management, and quality systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to lead multiple teams, allocate resources, make decisions, resolve conflicts, and manage change.
• Experience overseeing manufacturing infrastructure such as cleanrooms, chilled water, compressed dry air, process gases, power distribution, UPS, and fire systems.
• Must work in the Hillsboro, Oregon location; relocation eligibility is not available.
