Product Manager, Time Global (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York office

Salary: $131,000–$161,000 per year

What you will do

• Own products that support global time management and scale with the business.
• Research country-specific requirements for pay rates, standard hours, timesheets, overtime, statutory holidays, and payroll timing.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, success metrics, and prioritization for Time Global initiatives.
• Localize time tracking and enable compliant hourly and part-time employment through the international Employer of Record offering.
• Partner with engineering and adjacent product pods to strengthen shared infrastructure and resolve product issues.
• Use customer feedback, data, and competitive research to improve revenue outcomes and reduce sales and operational friction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
• Required experience in a highly regulated domain such as fintech or workforce management.
• Ability to break down complex problems into executable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Strong user empathy, product judgment, persuasion, advocacy, storytelling, and first-principles reasoning.
• Commitment to understanding the business model and continuing professional development.
• Strong technical acumen is a plus.
