Product Owner (Fintech)

Location: New York, hybrid; 3–4 days per week in-office

hirify.global is an early-stage fintech building infrastructure for moving value across borders and developing its own internal operating systems.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of the company-wide operating system.
• Build and launch a KPI platform used by founders, the board, and departments across hirify.global.
• Develop the employee directory, including profiles, an organizational chart, KPI attribution, and HR-stack integrations.
• Lead department heads in defining, committing to, and reporting on relevant KPIs.
• Partner with back-office engineering on data schema and architecture decisions.
• Track adoption and usage, then iterate based on internal feedback.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years at a top technology company.
• Founder’s mindset with the ability to solve problems and build from scratch.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort working deeply with data and processes.
• Excellent written communication and confidence working with founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Self-starting approach and ability to take full ownership in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools, BI platforms, or HR-tech products.
• Familiarity with metrics frameworks, dashboards, or organizational data products.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
