Manager, Test Equipment Maintenance & Preventative Maintenance (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Test Equipment Engineering team.
• Plan, prioritize, allocate resources, and manage daily equipment engineering activities.
• Ensure test equipment readiness, reliability, uptime, and production support.
• Lead incident management, escalations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive automation, productivity, continuous improvement, and equipment performance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in Test Equipment Engineering, Equipment Maintenance, or a related manufacturing engineering environment.
• Experience leading engineers, technicians, or cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of test equipment operations, reliability engineering, troubleshooting, maintenance, and production support.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, automation, and equipment KPI management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team development skills.
