Technical Customer Support Specialist (Day Shift)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work model with a required day shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: €1,500–€1,900 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies

• Resolve customer queries through live chat and email.
• Provide reliable information and maintain an excellent customer experience.
• Interpret and improve customer success processes and performance.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Availability to work full-time during the 9:00 AM–5:00 PM day shift in a hybrid model.
