Customer Support Specialist (LT/EN)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid with onsite work at the Vilnius HQ at least four days per week

Salary: €1,300–€2,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Respond to customer queries by phone and email.
• Identify customer needs and guide users through product features and functionalities.
• Update internal databases with technical issues and customer discussions.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with colleagues.
• Follow up to ensure technical issues are resolved.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Availability to work full-time in the hybrid Vilnius setup.
• Proficient spoken and written English and Lithuanian.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cars and car parts.
• Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
