What you will do

  • Manage general and technical support cases via email and live chat using Intercom.
  • Provide user support in English and Lithuanian.
  • Deliver timely feedback to internal teams to optimize processes and eliminate recurring issues.
  • Analyze customer needs and business context to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Utilize data to improve and automate customer support processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Kaunas, Lithuania for hybrid work.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • Strong time management and self-management abilities.
  • Genuine interest in vehicle diagnostics and the automotive industry.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Intercom and ChatGPT tools.
  • Familiarity with automation practices for improving customer satisfaction.
