Application Support Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Lithuania

Salary: €2,083–€3,333 gross per month

What you will do

• Provide second-line technical support, investigating, analyzing, and reproducing complex application issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Business Operations, and cross-functional technology teams to address application needs and deliver interim solutions.
• Create knowledge base articles that help internal teams resolve issues independently.
• Support secure and effective data storage and processing, including data fixes and queries.
• Improve application support tooling, practices, processes, and technical knowledge in an agile environment.
• Participate in proactive technical projects and wider technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and manage an independent work pipeline.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Experience implementing best-practice processes for application usage.
• Experience with SQL, including data fixes and queries.
• Awareness of data security best practices and comfort using AI tools for troubleshooting, efficiency, and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AWS systems, REST-integrated applications, CRM or ERP platforms, and Intercom, Zendesk, or JIRA.
• SQL or Python scripting experience and familiarity with AI or LLM tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Experience with low-code integration platforms, Redis or Memcached, workflow management systems, Datadog, or AWS CloudWatch.
