Application Support Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Lithuania

Salary: €2,083–€3,333 gross per month

What you will do

• Deliver second-line technical support by investigating, analyzing, and reproducing complex application issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Business Operations, and Application Management teams to identify needs and provide interim solutions.
• Create knowledge-base articles and improve application usage across internal teams.
• Work with data securely and effectively, including data fixes and queries.
• Improve tooling, support practices, and operational knowledge in an agile environment.
• Participate in technical projects and broader technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar application support role with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Experience implementing best-practice processes and supporting application usage.
• Experience with SQL, including data fixes and queries.
• Strong awareness of data security best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and manage an independent work pipeline.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AWS systems, Intercom, Zendesk, Jira, CRM, or ERP applications.
• Experience with REST-integrated systems, Python scripting, or low-code integration platforms.
• Experience using AI or LLM tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for scripting, data analysis, or workflow automation.
• Exposure to Redis, Memcached, workflow management systems, Datadog, or AWS CloudWatch.
