Field Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Help establish field engineering practices, customer engagement playbooks, and scalable operating systems.
• Own the technical relationship throughout sales cycles, including tailored demonstrations, technical evaluations, and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyze customer agent tooling, developer workflows, and CI/CD pipelines to design practical solutions.
• Guide post-sale onboarding and adoption to help customers achieve measurable value from the platform.
• Code alongside product and engineering teams by building integrations, prototypes, and AI-first go-to-market tools.
• Share customer patterns and product insights with the product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales.
• Hands-on coding experience building integrations, tooling, and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technical sales cycles, stakeholder management, technical evaluations, and proofs of concept.
• Experience owning both pre-sale technical engagement and post-sale customer success.
• Fluency with AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and Gemini.
• Clear technical communication and effective collaboration across sales, product, and engineering.
