General Manager | Brooklyn (Food & Beverage)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite store leadership required

What you will do

• Lead, train, coach, mentor, and develop the store team while building an engaging team culture.
• Create staff schedules, cover staffing gaps, and approve timecards and paid time off requests in compliance with labor laws.
• Recruit talent with the People Team and oversee training quality and coffee accreditations.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, recipe execution, cleanliness, safety, presentation, and operational audit standards.
• Own ordering, vendor relationships, waste management, inventory counts, and inventory management compliance.
• Drive customer service, sales goals, average order value, financial performance, local brand loyalty, and peak business throughput.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing and leading single-store operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing hospitality teams.
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering.
• Full-time availability for 45 hours per week, with availability across five days and two peak days, usually Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment is required.
• Strong decision-making, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills.
