Operations Manager (Environmental Services)

Location: Westlake, Louisiana, United States; onsite operations at customer sites or groups of customer locations.

Salary: $50,500–$159,963 annually.

What you will do

• Oversee waste management services and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution at customer locations.
• Coordinate onsite employees, equipment, personnel scheduling, and health and safety activities.
• Monitor operational and financial KPIs, revenue forecasts, P&L results, productivity, cost control, and service quality.
• Supervise, coach, train, and mentor employees while supporting performance management and succession planning.
• Coordinate project planning, proposals, bids, schedules, reports, and regulatory agency interactions.
• Act as the primary liaison with customers and internal leadership to resolve service, billing, and performance issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of industrial cleaning experience, including at least 2 years in a management capacity.
• Experience using standard and specialized industrial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to schedule equipment, personnel, maintenance, and project work efficiently.
• Ability to resolve customer and employee complaints and enforce safe work procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or environmental science is preferred.
