Learning Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Own proposals from first draft through final delivery, tailoring narratives, tone, and content to each client and request.
• Write persuasive proposals, RFP responses, learner journeys, case studies, and day-in-the-life narratives.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Solution Architects to develop visual concepts, mocks, and feasible learning solutions.
• Design blended learning solutions including eLearning, instructor-led training, performance support, gamification, AI-powered tools, and VR/AR experiences.
• Lead internal brainstorming and coordinate with Account Managers, Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Solutions Coordinators.
• Ensure RFP compliance, gather accurate supporting information, manage proposal details, and support project handoff after a deal is won.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in training or learning, with strong expertise in blended learning and eLearning.
• 3–5+ years of experience in consulting or a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated experience writing proposals, RFP responses, or similar business development content.
• Experience architecting complex blended learning solutions and applying modern instructional design approaches.
• Experience with AI tools, emerging learning technologies, and using AI in the flow of work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, collaboration, and prioritization skills in a remote environment.

• Background in marketing, brand communications, content strategy, or storytelling.
