What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of proposal flow, writing, and tailoring to ensure cohesive and compelling submissions.
- Apply a marketing mindset to craft persuasive, human-centered narratives that capture client attention.
- Partner with Solution Architects to design innovative learning solutions including eLearning, gamification, AI-powered tools, and immersive experiences.
- Manage RFP compliance by identifying gaps, tracking down information, and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Collaborate with Art Directors to blend words and visuals into memorable, emotionally resonant presentations.
- Support client-facing pitch presentations by representing the instructional design voice.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5-10+ years of experience in the training/learning field with deep expertise in blended learning and eLearning.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated success in writing proposals, RFP responses, or similar business development content.
- Experience with AI tools and emerging learning technologies in the flow of work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities.
