Program Manager, Internal Systems

What you will do

• Own planning, execution, and reporting for cross-functional Internal Systems programs, including tooling rollouts, system migrations, and process redesigns.
• Translate integration goals into project roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows.
• Identify manual internal work and replace it with automation, workflows, and AI agents.
• Run program reviews, dashboards, status communications, and executive escalations.
• Partner with Security and Finance on SOC controls, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
• Develop Internal Systems playbooks, standards, documentation, and operating processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or a closely related field at a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience running cross-functional programs end to end and keeping multiple workstreams on schedule.
• Hands-on experience coordinating integrations across a modern software stack.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and renewal cycles.
• Experience using scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or AI to eliminate manual work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and execution skills.
