What you will do

• Own end-to-end development and implementation of IT application projects, managing financials, timelines, and schedules.
• Provide strategic guidance on risk analyses, alternative studies, and conceptual designs for executive approval.
• Present to senior leadership, arbitrate conflicts, and keep multi-year projects on track.
• Oversee enterprise-wide IT systems focused on billing and service-to-revenue lifecycles.
• Champion PMO best practices, mentor junior PMs, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage vendor partnerships and mitigate project risks proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years in project management, project controls, or engineering.
• Proven end-to-end IT application project management from initiation to closure.
• Active PMP certification required.
• Mastery of project management tools for scheduling, financial tracking, and resource leveling.
• Strong analytical skills, discretion, and ability to lead complex teams in high-visibility roles.
