What you will do

• Design and implement scalable structures for program intake, governance, stage-gating, reporting, and lifecycle management.
• Drive discovery and alignment on scope, objectives, timelines, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional pilots and make scale-up decisions across Product, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Success.
• Use agile principles and OKRs to track progress, improve visibility, and measure outcomes.
• Analyze program data, identify risks, evaluate trade-offs, and support strategic planning and roadmap development.
• Promote AI- and automation-first approaches across programs and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in technology, operations, or platform-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of agile, OKRs, and strategic planning frameworks.
• Proven experience designing pilots and scaling initiatives across internal and external teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting supplier- and customer-facing initiatives.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, or another program management certification.
• Experience with supplier networks, digital platforms, or spend analytics.
