ERP Solutions Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

hirify.global is localizing the battery supply chain through battery recovery, reuse, recycling, energy storage, and production of battery materials in the United States.

What you will do

• Participate in the end-to-end implementation of a next-generation ERP platform, owning requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support for financial modules.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to design and document workflows, business processes, and system configurations.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including period-end close, accounting distributions, AP/AR processes, and financial workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for in-house ERP modules in collaboration with software development teams.
• Develop financial reports and data extracts, administer security roles and user access, and support segregation-of-duties compliance.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, support ERP integrations with WMS and TMS, and prepare configuration documentation, procedures, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience is considered.
• 3–7 years of experience supporting or implementing ERP platforms, with focus on GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, and period close.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or comparable ERP financials experience, with willingness to learn D365.
• Good understanding of finance processes and the ability to bridge Finance and Accounting stakeholders with software development teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication, organization, and adaptability while balancing project work and ongoing support.
• Experience with ERP integrations and ticketing or project tracking systems is preferred.
