What you will do

• Lead FinOps initiatives and manage project objectives within the D365 environment.
• Design and streamline financial processes including PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and implement best practices.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss system improvements and business requirements.
• Perform month-end reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain process documentation using MS Task Recorder and RSAT test automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with D365 F&O.
• Strong analytical and account reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS technologies such as Task Recorder, RSAT, and LogicalApps.
• MS D365 F&O Certifications.
