Dynamics 365 Functional Manager (ERP)

What you will do

• Lead FinOps initiatives, related projects, process improvements, system mapping, and change management.
• Design, implement, test, and support the Dynamics 365 F&O ERP environment.
• Improve and automate finance processes across purchase orders, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, and accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to analyze requirements, standardize business practices, and implement ERP solutions.
• Support financial close activities, reconciliations, reporting, P&L reviews, and variance analysis.
• Create and maintain process documentation using MS Task Recorder and RSAT test automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with D365 F&O.
• Strong analytical, account reconciliation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively, lead a team, and work cross-functionally outside Finance.
• Experience with D365 F&O technologies such as Task Recorder and RSAT.

Nice to have

• Experience with LogicalApps.
• Microsoft D365 F&O certifications.
