AI, PLA & NeuraGym Strategist (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own the AI, PLA, and NeuraGym strategy roadmap with 12–36 month priorities, executable initiatives, and progress tracking.
• Develop and stress-test business models, including subscription, platform, and infrastructure-as-a-service concepts.
• Lead market-entry analysis for new geographies by evaluating demand, competition, and enterprise anchor-customer readiness.
• Build competitive intelligence covering humanoid OEM strategies, alternative training facilities, and Physical AI platforms.
• Create investor and partner narratives, slide decks, financial assumptions, and scenario models.
• Identify partnerships with academic institutions, industry partners, and new verticals beyond manufacturing, while coordinating strategy execution through OKRs, KPIs, and milestones.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business development.
• Experience transitioning from advisory work into operational roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including building market-sizing models, business cases, and financial scenarios from scratch.
• Strong executive communication skills, including writing one-pagers and presenting to boards.
• Fluent English and German required.
• Deep interest in robotics, AI, and the convergence of physical and digital industrial automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription or platform business models.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-a-service.
• Additional languages for international expansion.
