Focus on integrating Salesforce with other systems, implementing automation and CTI solutions, ensuring end-to-end quality, and making complex technical trade-offs.

What you will do
- Define, design, architect, implement, and deliver the CRM system.
- Optimize Salesforce with sales and customer support teams and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Integrate Salesforce with other Slate systems in collaboration with software engineers.
- Own Salesforce solution quality across coding, testing, integration, deployment, and support.
- Make long-term technology decisions, simplify complex solutions, and provide technical leadership.
- Mentor colleagues and support career development on advanced technical topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
- 3+ years of programming experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- 2+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- 2+ years of experience with Git or another version control system and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards, Messaging, CTI, Omnichannel case automation, and Salesforce administration.
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Connect.
