Project Manager (Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: Must be based in the US (Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA). Travel requirement: 80-100% to active sites.

Salary: $200,000 – $253,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Drive the planning, budgeting, and risk-management engine for global data center projects from kickoff to customer handover.
• Build and own integrated master construction schedules across design, procurement, and commissioning.
• Manage project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance while reporting weekly earned-value KPIs.
• Facilitate phase-gate reviews, maintain RACI matrices, and manage complex contract lifecycles.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams including project managers, construction managers, and superintendents.
• Identify and mitigate critical-path risks related to long-lead equipment like transformers and switchgear.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading project management for hyperscale data centers, large industrial, or infrastructure builds.
• Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes, plus procurement and cost controls.
• Expertise in scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost/collaboration software (Procore, Ares, Smartsheet).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and field trades.
• Must have US work authorization.

• PMI-PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Construction management qualification.
• Experience with multi-region fast-track delivery.
