What you will do

• Manage customer repair order requirements and build effective customer relationships.
• Coordinate with GCC, Purchasing, Logistics, and other stakeholders to streamline repair order processes.
• Escalate unmet customer requirements and drive issue resolution across the organization.
• Collect and analyze customer-specific data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Identify repair process gaps and implement containment and long-term corrective actions.
• Support repair process improvement projects under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 level is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of repair order management processes, systems, and tools, including SAP.
• Knowledge of supply and demand signals and their application to repair activities.
• Experience or knowledge in the semiconductor equipment industry and customer expectations.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, supported by strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Clear and professional written and spoken English; a TOEIC score of 700 or above is preferred.
