Cell Operator (Robotics)

What you will do

• Perform pre-production checks and prepare automated adapters for operation.
• Monitor inbound and outbound material flow to maximize throughput and cases per hour.
• Prepare pallets for induction into the automated storage and retrieval system.
• Diagnose system stoppages and restore equipment using HMI terminals and manual intervention.
• Support system uptime through robot recovery, suspect removal, bot health actions, inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and component validation.
• Escalate production issues, perform corrective actions, and maintain continuous system operation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with mechanical automation systems, or equivalent education or training.
• Associate degree, certification, or equivalent experience in electronics, automotive, automation, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in system inspections, including cleaning, lubrication, tolerance checks, current measurements, and electrical system checks.
• Ability to prioritize work, operate independently from procedures and manuals, and multitask.
• Commitment to safe work practices, including lockout/tagout and fall protection protocols.
• Ability to work onsite in Woodland, California, including at heights up to 45 feet and in restrictive areas.
