Growth Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (On-site 4+ days a week)

Salary: $140,000 - $250,000 per year + equity

What you will do

• Own and manage relationships with customers building credit and lending products on hirify.global's infrastructure.
• Apply credit and capital markets expertise to understand customer risk profiles, underwriting, and lending structures.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Solutions Engineering teams to navigate regulatory and technical complexities.
• Build playbooks, processes, and best practices for supporting credit and lending customers.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in credit, capital markets, or lending-adjacent roles (e.g., leveraged finance, FIG investment banking, private credit).
• Deep knowledge of credit and lending products, including reserve requirements, underwriting, and capital structures.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively across internal teams.
• Persuasive communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office 4+ days a week.
