Procurement Specialist (Fusion Energy)

Salary: $80,000–$113,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Source direct and indirect hardware, equipment, software, and service categories for custom requirements.
• Create purchase orders and support procurement for technical and production teams.
• Negotiate vendor credit terms and assist with contracts, forms, and agreements.
• Resolve receiving and invoicing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate ERP vendor and open-order data.
• Develop and implement procurement processes with team leads and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or buying.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and research and development functions.
• Independent working style, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the Everett, Washington office.
