IT Operations Engineer

Location: Singapore; on-site up to 80% of the time

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain code-based automations for recurring IT support tasks.
• Provide advanced technical support for end users, including Windows endpoint troubleshooting and escalation handling.
• Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms.
• Manage IT asset tracking, lifecycle processes, and compliance with Technical Procurement.
• Co-own regional onboarding for user accounts and hardware.
• Provide on-site workstation support, cable management, hardware refreshes, documentation, and on-call coverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
• Proficiency with macOS, Linux, and Windows, including diagnosing Windows performance issues, driver conflicts, and application errors.
• Hands-on administration experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with Git, developer workflows, and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to regional offices and lift or move equipment weighing up to 12 kg.
