Trade Flow Support - Trading Infrastructure Support Lead

Location: Montreal, London, New York, or Singapore

Salary: Minimum base salary of $100,000 annually if located in New York, plus potential discretionary bonuses and benefits.

Global organization operating mission-critical trading infrastructure, systems, and platform application services.

What you will do

• Lead a global Trading Infrastructure Support team across APAC, EMEA, and AMER.
• Manage a 24x5 support schedule and weekend on-call rotation.
• Define support policies, processes, roadmaps, and best practices aligned with SLAs and business growth.
• Collaborate with service teams to build automation, self-service tools, and operational runbooks.
• Identify and eliminate workflow and operational inefficiencies while developing team capability.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting and major outage recovery to minimize business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Linux/Unix administration experience; RHEL, CentOS, or OEL preferred.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, orchestration, containerization, automated testing, deployment pipelines, and configuration management.
• 3+ years of experience leading a technology team, ideally in infrastructure support.
• Experience with Chef, Puppet, or Ansible, plus solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, multicast, tcpdump, PTP, and NTP.
• Working knowledge of storage protocols such as NFS; GPFS is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
