What you will do

• Design, implement, and execute software tests for mobile robot drive and pick-and-place capabilities.
• Develop simulation-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop testing for robot behavior verification.
• Perform software integration testing across systems and subsystems.
• Build scalable testing frameworks for multiple robot platforms.
• Write scripts, parse data logs, and analyze test results using tools such as grep and regular expressions.
• Collaborate with software developers on capability verification, root-cause analysis, and system-level debugging.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Computer Science, or a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of related experience.
• Experience testing complex systems; robotics testing experience is beneficial.
• Experience with C++, Linux, Git, general-purpose programming environments, scripting systems, and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency with Python and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with robotics, mechatronics, or embedded systems.
• Strong hands-on problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience developing test automation in Python and PyTest.
• Knowledge of software quality and testing automation principles.
