Logistics Analyst (Ocean Freight)

Company

Develops clean energy technology and integrated structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale solar power plants.

What you will do

• Manage ocean freight bookings and coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and ocean carriers.
• Verify cargo readiness, shipping documentation, and on-time dispatch from supplier factories to ports of origin.
• Serve as the logistics liaison for international project teams operating across multiple time zones.
• Lead weekly supplier performance reviews using cargo readiness and booking-form submission metrics.
• Monitor freight forwarder performance, strengthen vendor relationships, and address service-level issues.
• Report Cargo Ready Date delays and ensure booking forms are submitted 1–2 weeks before allocation week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business.
• 6–8 years of experience in ocean freight operations within manufacturing, freight forwarding, or ocean carrier environments.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and English communication skills.
• Experience managing complex international shipments.

Nice to have

• Experience with solar trackers or solar components.
