Location: Los Angeles, on-site

What you will do

• Drive strategic priorities and cross-functional projects across operations, go-to-market, marketing, and people.
• Own project management for high-impact, time-sensitive initiatives by aligning stakeholders and managing timelines.
• Prepare research, materials, and internal communications to support executive decision-making.
• Structure and operationalize executive workflows, business reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Identify business gaps, propose solutions, and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, technology, venture capital/private equity, or a cross-functional startup role.
• Experience working with senior leaders and earning their trust.
• Strong structured thinking and the ability to distill complex problems into executive-ready insights.
• Proactive builder mentality with the ability to independently define solutions and deliver quickly.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Ambition, curiosity, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-performance environment.
