Campus Talent Associate

Location: Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week onsite, with flexibility to split time between offices in Westport, Connecticut and New York City, United States

Salary: $115,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary target bonus

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the Investment Associate profile and build assessment rubrics in collaboration with senior investors.
• Design and execute university talent search strategies across campuses, networks, and sourcing channels.
• Source early-career candidates directly and build long-term relationships with prospective applicants.
• Assess candidates beyond their resumes, identifying strengths, gaps, motivations, and potential fit.
• Represent hirify.global authentically during campus outreach and candidate interactions.
• Manage the full offer process and continuously improve recruiting and assessment approaches using data and qualitative judgment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any field.
• 3+ years of experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment, including recruiting or talent experience.
• Strong judgment and the ability to assess high-caliber talent.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through credibility.
• Comfort with ambiguity, difficult problems, independent ownership, and direct feedback.
• Ability to work onsite 2 days per week in the Westport or New York City offices.
