Senior Technical Sourcer (AI)

Location: San Francisco; in-office company

Salary: $110,000–$200,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Identify and attract exceptional engineering talent for the growing technical organization.
• Partner with recruiters, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.
• Map the talent market and develop creative strategies for finding hard-to-reach candidates.
• Engage candidates through compelling, tailored outreach.
• Measure, iterate, and improve sourcing effectiveness using data and market knowledge.
• Deliver against ambitious hiring goals while maintaining high-quality pipelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally at a high-growth or talent-dense technology company.
• A strong record of identifying and engaging exceptional software engineers.
• Experience building high-quality pipelines and delivering against ambitious hiring goals.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing hard-to-reach talent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing at an AI company, high-growth startup, or talent-dense organization.
• Experience sourcing specialized talent in AI/ML, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Experience using data and market knowledge to improve sourcing effectiveness.
