Technical Recruiter

Location: London, United Kingdom, or New York, NY, United States

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 base per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers on recruitment strategy for Trading Technology and Research & Development teams.
• Manage full-cycle hiring pipelines from initial outreach through offer acceptance, including complex negotiations.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience across opportunistic searches and high-volume hiring pipelines.
• Use recruiting data and analytics to identify inefficiencies and improve recruitment processes.
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and generate qualified candidate flow.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, competitor analysis, and creative sourcing to build technical talent pipelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven success recruiting for specialized technical domains.
• Strong talent mapping skills, including in-depth research into companies, organizational structures, roles, and skills.
• Experience using recruiting analytics to guide strategy.
• Excellent cross-functional verbal and written communication skills and a passion for building technical teams.
