Senior Learning Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Wilton, Connecticut, United States; up to 10% annual travel within the US and internationally.

What you will do

• Deliver classroom and virtual training using modern learning methods.
• Facilitate hands-on training for manufacturing teams with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Plan and manage training programs, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Adapt learning approaches for different learning styles and encourage participation.
• Curate and develop training content with subject matter experts and maintain its accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement of training programs and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in adult education, human resources, business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a trainer, educator, or learning facilitator.
• Experience delivering training to adult learners in professional environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and be legally authorized to access controlled technology.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting training in a technical or engineering environment.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems.
