Access Control Engineer (Electronic Security)

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States; travel required 10–15%

Salary: $103,700–$129,600 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable electronic security technology solutions integrated with existing infrastructure.
• Lead security system design activities from preconceptual planning through construction.
• Review vendor statements of work, technical designs, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders from concept through execution.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize electronic security platforms.
• Research emerging technologies and support Global Security & Surveillance initiatives while maintaining quality, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with integrated electronic security systems or 3+ years in pre-sales engineering or support.
• Experience with networking, IP configuration, or related technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a state gaming license and travel 10–15% as needed.

Nice to have

• PMP, CPP, or Genetec certification.
• Experience with CCTV and video surveillance.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam.
• A related bachelor’s degree.
