What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (cameras, NVRs/DVRs, VMS) and access control hardware.
• Perform hardware replacements and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.
• Develop and execute Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) procedures to validate system performance and compliance.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams and device inventories.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and new site rollouts across European locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and integrators to ensure quality delivery of security infrastructure.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with physical security systems (CCTV, access control).
• Experience with system testing and commissioning (SAT or similar).
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, VLANs, PoE) and basic Linux troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to produce clear, structured technical reports and documentation.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Must be authorized to work in Finland.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMS platforms and specific access control systems.
• Background in data center or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of low-voltage cabling standards.
• Experience with structured testing methodologies such as UAT or commissioning.
