Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid with three days per week in the office

Salary: $67,500–$74,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the scoping and implementation of platform and partner-specific integration features.
• Coordinate with merchant partners and internal Product, Engineering, Operations, Success, Finance, Data, and Program Management teams.
• Join external technical calls, interpret technical documentation, answer integration questions, and drive issues and roadblocks to resolution.
• Help enterprise merchants and integration partners maintain and improve their integrations through technical scoping, troubleshooting, and planning.
• Analyze data and integration results to recommend improvements and prioritize technical initiatives.
• Build relationships across teams and advocate for integration projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical, operational, consulting, or associate product management role; internships count.
• Interest in technical concepts and experience managing aspects of larger projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical issues, translate them into appropriate solutions, and work across teams to achieve results.
• Willingness to learn APIs, process mapping, requirement gathering, technical scoping, and troubleshooting.
• Applicants must be able to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Exposure to APIs, restaurant technology, or point-of-sale technology.
• Familiarity with SQL.
