What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers expressing interest through hirify.global.
• Handle warm inbound leads and outbound follow-up calls; no cold calling is required.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand clients’ home buying and selling needs.
• Build trust and guide clients toward relevant hirify.global solutions.
• Deliver personalized support and follow up to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or client services.
• Strong communication, listening, rapport-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience handling inbound leads or consultative phone conversations.
• Ability to manage focused one-on-one client conversations.
• Customer-first mindset with attention to quality and detail.
• Comfort using CRM systems and standard business tools in a fast-paced environment.
