Customer Onboarding Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York City office

Salary: $35.58–$43.27 per hour

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers.
• Project-manage implementation milestones and maintain accountability across stakeholders.
• Lead and tailor onboarding calls using a consultative approach.
• Guide customers through product configuration, payroll readiness, and best practices.
• Identify risks and blockers, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and triage customer inquiries.
• Partner with Sales and prepare onboarding completion summaries and transition documentation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex products or services clearly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
