Final Integration Technician (Manufacturing)

Salary: $26–$34 per hour depending on level, plus equity

What you will do

• Build pilot and pre-production assemblies for mission-critical components, including high-voltage power systems and complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Assemble hardware for test stands, sub-level assemblies, and full-level assemblies while maintaining rigorous documentation in MES.
• Run line trials, perform equipment and tester teardown and validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on production deliverables.
• Investigate quality defects and test failures with engineers and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Maintain 5S, safety, self-inspection, and in-process inspection standards.
• Support on-the-job training and mentor production associates.

Requirements

• Experience in a production or assembly environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
• Proficiency with basic electric and mechanical hand tools and multiple types of production equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must work on-site in Huntington Beach, California.
• Employment may require authorization to access technology controlled under U.S. export control laws without sponsorship for an export license; U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pre-production pilot environments, industrial or defense-related work, high-voltage systems, or complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of BOMs, MES, mechanical assembly, systems integration, over molding, basic wiring, and diagnostics.
• Machining, welding, mechanical craftsmanship, forklift operation, or lean manufacturing experience.
• IPC J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 certification and familiarity with JIRA.
