Staff Technical Product Manager - Internal Tools & Platforms (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional in-person collaboration and company event travel may be required. Remote work is not available in New York City.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annual base salary; California base salary range: $154,000–$187,000. Eligible for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Identify emerging operational challenges, investigate stakeholder pain points, diagnose root causes, and turn insights into product roadmaps.
• Build new internal tools and platform capabilities from 0-to-1 and evolve established products from 1-to-N.
• Develop products for workflow and case management, scheduling, internal platform services, and other emerging business needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, design, and product teams to deliver cross-functional outcomes.
• Influence architecture and integration decisions while managing risks across complex organizational dependencies.
• Adjust scope and sequencing to keep product outcomes on track across products at different maturity levels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience across multiple product types or business domains.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale platforms.
• Experience shipping technical products for both end customers and internal operational users, including greenfield and inherited products.
• Technical fluency across data models, backend services, user interfaces, third-party APIs, and source-of-truth integrations.
• Understanding of responsible operational practices for systems handling customer and payment data, plus current approaches to building AI features in enterprise environments.
• Strong product judgment, communication, stakeholder alignment, ambiguity management, and ability to influence without direct authority.
