Product Manager (AI Developer Platform)

Location: Primary residence in or near one of the listed cities in the United States, Canada, or Mexico; occasional in-person attendance is required.

Salary: $141,000–$256,500 annually in the United States; $179,000–$228,000 CAD annually in Canada.

What you will do

• Own the unified AI and agentic enablement roadmap across hirify.global.
• Lead product strategy for the internal app platform, plugin marketplace, and agent runtime.
• Translate workflows across Engineering, Product, Design & Research, Data & Analytics, and TPM into platform requirements.
• Coordinate shared infrastructure commitments, including canonical context, evaluations, plugins, and context ownership.
• Define adoption, throughput, time-recovered, evaluation-quality, and impact metrics.
• Plan internal launches, education, feedback loops, and adoption programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience focused on developer tooling, AI platforms, or internal productivity tools.
• Experience owning ambiguous, cross-functional products end-to-end and shipping without a pre-existing playbook.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM primitives, including prompting, evaluations, tool use, agentic workflows, MCP, plugins, or skill ecosystems.
• Strong technical fluency in system design, APIs, evaluation methodology, and agent architectures.
• Experience partnering with engineering leadership on technical strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Production coding experience through an engineering, technical program management, or applied AI background.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal developer tools, AI platforms, or productivity products at scale.
• Direct experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar agentic coding environments.
• Familiarity with Ruby, Go, TypeScript, Python, AWS, and Databricks.
• Experience establishing a new function or product management role.
