Implementation Project Principal Specialist

What you will do

• Lead complex implementation projects and strategic workstreams.
• Define delivery strategy, execution planning, governance, and escalation management.
• Support feasibility studies, implementation assessments, and sizing activities.
• Contribute delivery expertise to pre-sales and customer proposal activities.
• Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks while improving internal methods and practices.
• Mentor project teams and support capability development through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience leading complex implementation projects or major workstreams.
• Advanced communication, reporting, and senior stakeholder influence skills.
• Strong business and product knowledge combined with a strong IT background.
• Ability to support feasibility, sizing, pre-sales, and delivery approach decisions.
• Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, and organizational improvement experience.
