Software Engineer (Enterprise Technology)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: 150,000–250,000 USD per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and deploy robust, efficient, and scalable software systems.
• Build tools and platforms that improve productivity and collaboration for internal users.
• Extend Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and internal knowledge and project management systems.
• Create interfaces for functions such as search and access management.
• Integrate and customize in-house and third-party services across the enterprise ecosystem.
• Identify and resolve user friction proactively through new tooling and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Preparedness for technical interviews in Python.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Ability to contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and support.
• Strong judgment, reliable execution, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity and access management or productivity software.
