Staff Technical Product Manager (Identity and Resource Management)

Location: Remote within the United States; not eligible for remote work in New York City. Occasional in-person collaboration and travel are required.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annual base salary; California base salary range: $154,000–$187,000. Full-time, exempt position with eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for identity and access management products across internal systems, customer applications, vehicles, fleet portals, charging infrastructure, and connected services.
• Define how customers, fleet partners, operations teams, vehicles, services, and other digital entities are represented and governed across the product ecosystem.
• Translate access-control, integration, and workflow needs into product requirements and scalable platform solutions.
• Lead the product for managing vehicle inventory, logistics capacity, data models, integrations, and operational allocation workflows.
• Partner with Security & Compliance, Engineering, Legal, Design, operations, and customer-facing teams to make architecture decisions and manage dependencies.
• Drive delivery, rollout, adoption, and engineering priorities across greenfield and existing products without direct authority over engineering.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on identity, authentication, and access management.
• Experience shipping technical products for multiple internal teams and stakeholders across greenfield and mature product environments.
• Experience in regulated environments with SOC 2 and GDPR compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, identity providers such as Okta or Azure AD, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, ABAC, and multi-tenant access auditing.
• Understanding of non-human identities, including service accounts and scoped permissions for AI agents and automated services.
• Ability to make architectural tradeoffs, influence senior stakeholders, and collaborate across security, engineering, legal, operations, and commercial teams.
