Senior Product Manager, Zero Trust Authentication (Zero Trust)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work arrangement

Annual base salary: CAD 146,000–200,000, plus equity where applicable, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the execution roadmap for Device Assurance, including OS version validation, disk encryption, firewall status, posture policies, and EDR/MDM signal integrations.
• Lead feature development and runtime capabilities for Okta Verify across iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Drive FastPass enrollment, registration, adoption, zero-touch MDM provisioning, setup flows, and deployment controls.
• Define technical requirements, user stories, and specifications in collaboration with engineering, design, research, and software architecture teams.
• Engage enterprise customers to identify technical friction, support rollout planning, and prioritize roadmap investments.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, technology partnerships, go-to-market, and support teams to improve endpoint adoption and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS, identity and access management, endpoint security, or a comparable field.
• Experience building or managing features for enterprise platform ecosystems or services.
• Experience developing and executing strategies across multiple organizational functions and delivering large strategic projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Ability to influence low-level technical design decisions and work with software architects on secure, performant software.

• Familiarity with identity and access management protocols and products.
• Experience creating requirements for security-focused customers.
