Senior Product Manager, Enterprise & Deployments (Identity & Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Develop enterprise security capabilities including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and PrivateLink.
• Lead the multi-quarter migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployments.
• Define requirements for new regions, cloud providers, data residency, and regional isolation.
• Improve login, sign-up, account discovery, invitations, users, groups, and permissions for enterprise-scale onboarding.
• Partner with IAM, transport, infrastructure, security, compliance, and field teams on product strategy, observability, and enterprise security reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including work with identity, access management, security, or infrastructure products.
• Direct experience shipping authentication and authorization products such as SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, and identity-provider integrations.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models, tenancy isolation, regional expansion, and migration between deployment models.
• Strong technical foundation for architecture discussions and design reviews with engineering.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, especially security and platform teams, and translating feedback into product priorities.
• Excellent written communication and comfort working asynchronously on a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience at an identity provider such as Okta, Auth0, or Entra, or with identity and deployment products at AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience shipping PrivateLink, VPC peering, or customer-managed network isolation.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA, GDPR, or data residency requirements.
• Experience migrating large customer bases and working with telemetry or observability for platform services.
• Experience with dbt, analytics engineering, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift.
