Sr. Manager, Supply Chain - Foundations

Location: North Las Vegas, Nevada, USA; onsite at the Fremont, California headquarters. Travel up to 25% is required for site visits, supplier coordination, and project support.

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 annual salary range for candidates located in California; compensation may vary for other locations, including Nevada.

What you will do

• Lead supply chain business-process development and end-to-end execution for Foundation Solutions construction projects from early-stage handoff through delivery, closeout, and field support.
• Coordinate demand and supply planning, material readiness, equipment readiness, and on-time, on-budget delivery of foundation hardware, installation machines, spare parts, and up-fit kits.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sourcing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Fleet Management, Finance, and Project Operations.
• Design recovery plans for delayed deliveries, field disruptions, project risks, and customer escalations.
• Provide executive reporting on KPIs, budgets, supplier performance, inventory, project risks, and recovery-plan effectiveness.
• Establish spare-parts programs, improve inventory controls, support supply chain tools and analytics, and manage and develop the supply chain team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or operations, preferably involving construction, solar, industrial equipment, or machinery.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing regional or global teams.
• Strong planning, forecasting, inventory management, project logistics, analytical problem-solving, and risk-mitigation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with planning and data tools such as Anaplan, Excel, Access, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work onsite and travel up to 25%.
