Contracts Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote across Europe, London, UK, or California, US; willingness to travel across European sites is required.

Salary: Europe €155K–€205K; United Kingdom £135K–£175K; California, US $180K–$240K, plus equity and bonus.

hirify.global is building a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform spanning capital, data center clusters, and software.

What you will do

• Own contracting strategy across general contractor, package, and vendor agreements.
• Set standard contract forms, flow-downs, and commercial terms across projects.
• Lead major negotiations with procurement and project leadership.
• Provide functional leadership to contracts leads embedded in project teams.
• Build claims-avoidance practices and manage disputes.
• Run commercial governance, delegations, approvals, and capability development across the delivery organization.

Requirements

• Essential leadership experience in contracts for data centers or major capital projects.
• Deep experience with construction contracting models and standard forms across European markets.
• Strong record of negotiation and claims management on complex builds.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and governing to standard.
• Sound commercial judgment under delivery pressure and credibility to lead across embedded project teams.
• Willingness to travel across European sites.
