Commercial Operations Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, territories, and account management results.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support sales decision-making and commercial performance ceremonies.
• Coordinate with commercial leadership to communicate and align targets across teams.
• Drive pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and responses to internal reporting and analytics requests.
• Maintain, enhance, and develop dashboards and reporting tools based on evolving business needs.
• Monitor CRM data quality, tool adoption, training effectiveness, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial operations, sales analytics, or business performance roles.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or FP&A-type work.
• Understanding of data models, databases, or structured data environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, and contract or operations tools, with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience improving commercial processes and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
